Title: Canada’s AI Judo Move

Abstract: Canada has a once‑in‑a‑generation opportunity to lead the next era of digital infrastructure. By developing Polar Energy Platforms in the Arctic to deliver abundant clean energy for the AI and cryptocurrency industries, Canada can position itself at the forefront of two of the world’s fastest‑growing sectors. Free from the constraints of traditional energy and data‑centre models, we can move faster, scale smarter, and build infrastructure designed for the future. In doing so, we will also expand critical Arctic infrastructure, reinforce territorial sovereignty, secure sovereign compute capacity, and strengthen northern supply routes and communications. The result is a powerful foundation for broader development—unlocking strategic, economic, and technological benefits for the Arctic, for Canada, and for the global community.
